REFUND POLICY

No Return or Refunds can be claimed on customized products. In general, returns may be accepted and refunds issued for products only if they are found to be incorrect.

 

If you received the incorrect item and if you like to return it then you must email us within 2 business days of receiving the order and the shipping costs of returned goods will be borne by Arrow Exim. All items must be returned in their original packaging. 

Arrow Exim accepts no returns or refunds on opened or tampered goods (the hair extensions have been tried on or worn and or colored/dyed or any alteration to the original product).
