SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Arrow Exim. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 48–72 working hours (excluding Sundays and Indian public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST begin processing the next business day. Every order is quality-checked and sealed at our Chennai factory before dispatch.

Shipping Rates:

Orders under $2,999 ship at a flat express rate of $49, shown at checkout before payment. All orders of $2,999 and above enjoy FREE worldwide express shipping.

Delivery Times:

All orders ship via DHL, FedEx, or comparable express couriers from Chennai, India. USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Middle East and Asia: typically 7–10 business days after processing. Remote or rural locations: 10–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates; occasional delays can occur due to weather, courier disruptions, customs inspection, or incomplete addresses.

Tracking:

A tracking ID is sent by email or SMS as soon as your order ships. Track your parcel on the courier's website or our tracking page. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, message us on WhatsApp at +91 98841 11108.

Customs & Import Duties:

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees, where applicable, are determined by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We include commercial invoices and health certificates with every international shipment to smooth customs clearance.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout – couriers require both. If your address needs correction, contact us immediately at sales@arrowexim.com or +91 98841 11108; we can update it before dispatch. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping costs.
