CANCELLATION POLICY
This Cancellation Policy explains how and when orders at Arrow Exim can be cancelled.
Free Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at sales@arrowexim.com or WhatsApp +91 98841 11108 with your order number. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed in full within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch:
Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. If you refuse delivery or the parcel is returned to us by the courier, we process the refund per our Refund Policy once the goods arrive back and pass inspection; original shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders from certain categories cannot be cancelled after 24 hours – please check the product page for details.
Custom Orders:
Customized and private-label production orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Order Changes:
Product specifications (length, texture, color) cannot be modified after an order is placed. To change your order, cancel within the 12-hour window and reorder – message us on WhatsApp and we'll make it quick. A cancelled order cannot be reinstated.
