Return & Refund Policy
No Returns or Refunds can be claimed on customized products. In general, returns may be accepted and refunds issued for products only if they are found to be incorrect.
If you received the incorrect item and if you like to return it then you must email us within 2 business days of receiving the order and the shipping costs of returned goods will be borne by Arrow Exim. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Arrow Exim accepts no returns or refunds on opened or tampered goods (the hair extensions have been tried on or worn and or colored/dyed or any alteration to the original product).

Dispatch: Within 48–72 working hours after payment.
Standard Shipping (Delhivery): USD 29 for the first 1 kg + USD 5 per additional kg. 10–12 days in transit.
Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx): USD 59 for the first 1 kg + USD 10 per additional kg. 3–5 days in transit.
Customs delay: Transit times do not include customs clearance. Customs may clear quickly or may take longer, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
International shipments must clear customs in the destination country. Any import duties, taxes, fees or permits are the buyer's responsibility. Invoices and health certificates are sent with all shipments by Arrow Exim.
