Return & Refund Policy
No Returns or Refunds can be claimed on customized products. In general, returns may be accepted and refunds issued for products only if they are found to be incorrect.
If you received the incorrect item and if you like to return it then you must email us within 2 business days of receiving the order and the shipping costs of returned goods will be borne by Arrow Exim. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Arrow Exim accepts no returns or refunds on opened or tampered goods (the hair extensions have been tried on or worn and or colored/dyed or any alteration to the original product).

Shipping Info
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices and Health certificates are sent with all shipments by Arrow Exim. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
Orders are dispatched within 48–72 working hours. Delivery is typically 3–5 days in transit via DHL/FedEx after dispatch. International shipments may take additional time to clear customs.
