Returns are accepted for items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (wrong product, length, texture, or color). Please report damaged or incorrect shipments within 2 business days of delivery; all other return requests must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging with all tags, seals and the invoice intact. Hair that has been opened, unsealed, worn, washed, colored, or installed cannot be returned, and no returns or refunds are available on customized or special-order products.
If the return is due to our error, Arrow Exim covers the return shipping costs; otherwise return shipping is borne by the buyer.

Dispatch: Within 48–72 working hours after payment.
Standard Shipping (Delhivery): USD 29 for the first 1 kg + USD 5 per additional kg. 10–12 days in transit.
Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx): USD 59 for the first 1 kg + USD 10 per additional kg. 3–5 days in transit.
Customs delay: Transit times do not include customs clearance. Customs may clear quickly or may take longer, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
International shipments must clear customs in the destination country. Any import duties, taxes, fees or permits are the buyer's responsibility. Invoices and health certificates are sent with all shipments by Arrow Exim.
