Indian Hair Factory in Chennai – Inside Arrow Exim (Since 2011)

Arrow Exim runs its own human hair factory in Chennai, Tamil Nadu — manufacturing raw Indian temple hair products since 2011. This page explains what actually happens inside an Indian hair factory, and why buying factory-direct matters.

From temple donation to finished bundle

Hair is donated by devotees in religious ceremonies at temples in India. Because it is donated whole, each bundle stays single-donor with cuticles aligned in one direction — the defining property of true remy hair. At our factory the hair is cleaned, sorted by length and texture, and processed without chemicals.

Quality testing before every export

  • Authenticity — verified 100% human hair

  • Strength and elasticity testing

  • Moisture content checks

  • Cuticle alignment inspection

Factory vs reseller: why it matters

Most "hair vendors" online buy from factories like ours and resell at a markup. Buying factory-direct means lower prices, consistent quality batch after batch, and answers from the people who actually made your hair. Our factory is at #356/10, Boopathy Nagar, Industrial Estate, Keelkattalai, Chennai 600117 — wholesale buyers are welcome to visit.

Start with a single piece (our MOQ) and judge the quality yourself: shop all products or message us on WhatsApp: +91 98841 11108
